Welcome to Telfair! We’re excited to have you as part of our community. As a member of the Telfair Community Association, you have access to a variety of amenities designed for relaxation, recreation, and connection with your neighbors.
Community Amenities Include:
• Central Hall: Available for private rentals and community events.
• Swimming Pools: Multiple neighborhood pools open seasonally for residents and their guests. Available for pool parties too.
• Central Hall, Gym, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Multiple halls, gyms, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts are available for you. Keys to access the courts are $25 and can be purchased at the Association office located at 121 Telfair Central Blvd., Sugar Land, TX 77479, during business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Playgrounds & Parks: Great spaces for families to enjoy outdoor fun.
Information regarding court reservations is available through the Telfair.onlinecourtreservations.com.
City of Sugar Land hired vendor Republic Services is responsible for trash pickups. Trash Days are Mondays and Thursdays. Trash and bins are only allowed evening before the trash day to evening on the trash day.
Applications for architectural modifications are done via TownSq.
Community compliance inspection is done once a month.
